Aggressive giant dog encounter?

Wow that's insane. Those Danes should be put down. Vicious dogs have no place in modern society. They need to be captured and put to sleep/killed. But it's even worse that this idiot takes them to off leash parks or areas off private property. I think standing still or slowly backiing away helps.
