Civil War: Alternate Ending?

I think there would be 2 third world countries. the US and the CSA. There would also be lots of European influence between the two, with each having different European allies. The Northern States would probably be A German Satellite country, as a result of world war 1. Mexico would be a major world power,and would actually still own Texas and most of the Southwestern US. Minorities in the South would be located in a central area, something like the Kurds in Iraq. There would be a Immigration issue with the Canadians as a result of people from the US trying to cross over and live in Canada.
