My college roommate pretty much doesn't want me to live there, even though I have been igned there..?

he said that he had requested for his friend or his brother to live there and im pretty much unwelcome. That is all fine and dandy but the dorm in question is one of the nicest on campus and has a private bathroom... and I don't want to give it up. Who should move out? What should happen here?
