I have major eating problems! Anyone have the solution?

I eat waaaaaaaaay too much when I get home from school. I'll say to myself, "Ok, just an apple. That's it." But then I end up eating half the pantry. And to make it worse, with basketball 4 out of 5 days of the week, I feel terrible when I go to practice. Is there a way to keep me away from the pantry? Thanks!
