Does this mean hes uninterested?

He is definately NOT interested, he seems like the type of guy that likes to have "drunk fun", meaning he would pick one-night stands over relationships...and Texting, is a very bad way to begin a relationship, FYI especially for college guys...these things never work out in the long run...
