Window decal stains, please help!!?

I bought these window decals, the kind you can buy for a dollar, and I put them up in my locker. Well it's towards the end of the school year and I just took them off and now there's this huge stain on the inside of the locker wall. Anyone got an idea on how to remove it quickly and neatly?
