Sims 2 - how to return deleted sims

I deleted 2 familys from the neighbourhood family bin, one was dina catliene (not sur how to spell it) she is still alive on Ninas family tree so i asume there must be a away of gettin her back, she was int he family bin so if u can help please do! thanks
