How do you get emancipated in Ohio?

I live with my Dads ex-girlfriend. I pay her rent and buy my own necessities. My mom is my custodial parent so I am suppose to live with her. My dad tried to get custody of me but do to certain cirstances that had occurred prior to the hearing he was considered unfit to take care of me. My mom also was told she was not fit to take care of me and the Magistrate that was hearing the case said that if they agreed to let me leave with my dads ex then they could drop the case or I would be placed in foster care. My mom still has custody and has told me that I have to come back and stay with her. There have been times when she has gone so far as to bring the police to Peggy's (My dads ex) house and get me then left me at Peggy's brothers house, who she had never met and did'nt even know weather he was home, which is a half an hour drive from Peggy's and an hour and a half drive to my dads. She wants me to move back in with her now because I am on her lease for her apartment which is how she got financial help to get the apartment and they are starting to suspect that I dont live there. Also she recieves food stamps and medical for me that she sells for her personal use. I am already taking care of myself but still have to worry that she will make me leave and cause me to lose my job and to fail school, which I am behind in from where I was with my dad and have only recently started to catch up in thanks to Peggy. I would like to know if it is possible for me to be emancipated in order to live with out these concerns.
