Sickness from Work (Financial Procedures)?

Have had Anxiety, Depression/Social Withdrawal/Social Anxiety, since i was 11, im now 21. or at least have always had symptoms. left school in 2007, have had 2 jobs, first one i left due to it just not being suitable and now my second one ive been there a year now and since May09, ive been signed off by my GP due to stress/anxiety/panic/ all those kind of things. My question is, what is the difference between Occupational Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay. I've been informed that my Occupational Sick Pay has ceased since 26th Aug 09. and that my SSP will cease 11th December 09. Does this mean that the SSP will carry on, and does that mean that whilst it is carrying on, i am not elegible for Incapacity Benefit/Unemployment? Advice please.
