Teen and Pre-Teen section?

Why is it in the parenting section? I mean...it's obvious that Yahoo meant it to be for parents to ask questions relating to their teens...since the parenting section has a newborn and baby section, a toddler and pre-schooler section and a gradeschooler section....and of course the teen section....it's not meant as a chat place for teens but of course they are happy there....so why not move it away from the parenting section?
