What can i do my mamma is very sick.?

Ok,she is 84 and about a week ago her kidneys stop working she was in the hospital for four days, the doctor got her kidneys working again and now her blood sugar is really low like in the 40s and 50s is there any thing we can do i hate to see her like this, im so scared she hasn't got much longer, she raised me and i don't know how im going to handle it if something happens to her.
