What would you do?

Okay, I am planning on going back to school this year to become an LPN.The only catch; it will cost $13,000-$14,000 to go for13 months. Right now I am on the waiting list for WIA. The last time I tried to get WIA, I wasn't qualified because I was already enrolled in school. I have another few months I can wait to apply for school but I'm getting nervous. Should I go ahead and apply for the school and just get loans to cover my tuition, or should I wait a few months to see if I will be eligible for the WIA grant?
