When will people realize the oil pipe is not gonna ever be plugged?

They still want the oil! They said the saw got jammed half way thru cutting the pipe and that they would send down giant shears to finnish the cut! WELL IF THEY CAN DO THAT THEN WHY HAVENT THEY SENT DOWN GIANT CRIMPERS they could have crimped the pipe long ago and stopped this huge disaster ! Well if they crimped it they wont be able to retrieve the oil thats what this is all about! GREED
