Which is faster i3-350M, i5-450M, athlonII P320, Phenom II N620 processor?

I'm buying a new computer and the processor lingo is confusing to me. If I buy a 500GB with 4GB which processor is best? My current processor is old and is 2.66 GHz with 956 MHz and 448MB Ram. Pretty slow.
