Please Please HELP ME, 4w Pregnant.?

ok i found out yesterday that i am pregnant, two home postitive pregnancy tests, yesterday and today ive been soo ill, i went to the doctor and shes given me some anti-sickness, but i can't keep anything down long enough for the tablets to possibly work, i can't eat or drink anything, i just keep being sick with bile or retching. please somebody tell me what i can do to help myself, i've never felt to ill.
