Scope Antibacterial Mouth Wash for Canker Sores?

i read somewhere online from an unreliable source that mouthwashes that claim to be antibacterial can be a good treatment for canker sores. i also read from another site that you shouldn't use mouthwashes that contain alcohol. unfortunately the only mouth wash i have is Scope Antibacterial Mouth Wash that contains alcohol. So i was wondering if anyone has used this sort of treatment before or if this is a good treatment. Thanks alot.
