Puppies have parvo!?!?!?

i have 4 5 week old pups theyll be 6 weeks tues. 2 of them is acting a lil sick it is a lil blood in there stools not alot though they move around but not as much as they used to so i took them back down with there mom its just next door they will suck the milk but when i had them they was eating and drinkin water then they just stopped we called the vet yesterday but they was about to close not today they is close they said it might be a early stage of parvo how can i save my pups? and could it be possible that there mom could save them by drinking her milk?
